Why are there fees? A 7% fee is charged for all tickets and picnics to help cover the cost of our service providers and credit card fees that we are charged. You are not charged fees for any optional donation made in the next field.

We Are Big Train 2024:

Just like your local theater or favorite nonprofit, the Bethesda Community Base Ball Club (BCBBC) operates largely on the contributions of generous donors. Nearly a quarter of our yearly budget comes from charitable contributions. There is no way we could produce the quality experience you expect when you come to Povich Field for a Big Train game or for camp with just the revenue collected from camp, tickets, merchandise, and concessions. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help us fund our goal of improving the Big Train experience.

By registering for 2024 Bethesda Big Train Picnic and attending a Big Train game, you acknowledge and agree to our ticketing and venue terms and conditions.

Picnic Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made by no later than 12 p.m. on game day (for the entire group only), as the food preparation process will have already begun. If a weather-related event causes cancellation of your game after 12 p.m., your group's picnic will go forward in the covered Davis Family Picnic Pavilion as the food preparation process will have already begun. On the rare occasion that weather cancels your game before 12 p.m., your picnic will be rescheduled.  In the case of a game cancellation, we will work with your picnic group coordinator on a mutually agreed upon future game for you to attend.
